Looks good. If it's not too much to ask, a squad that has AK-47, RPKs and RPG-7s. No PKMs (since at least according to wikipedia those are 1969).

I'm all for Advanced Wounds myself. Problems I already mentioned in T369. People have hard time grasping how they work. The one time I tried it we had not so good medic who claimed to understand how it worked but in truth had no clue. It would require quality of the medics to improve. Most also see it as chore that just adds one more thing to keep them away from shooting bad people. So many people are so oblivious when they are bleeding so people will pass out of because their wound reopened and they lost too much blood. Causing a the saline supplies to run out trying to revive people who didn't want to go to the medic.
PAKs do indeed fix bloodloss as well.
I've used my own medical loadouts for one and a half years now. The default loadout was a bit weird and seriously lacking saline IMO. I used the ACE recommendations as a base, then deleted a few things as it's probably intended for a longer mission of a day carry or something.

I don't really mind it either way. It's nice to have the missions were you have to worry about ammo, like last session on Walker's paradrop gone to shit mission. But I don't think it's been such a big problem when someone picks enemy rifle once they've run out of ammo. AT is another thing totally, sometimes it's a problem when it's too easily available, other times it creates cool last ditch efforts to salvage an enemy RPG to destroy the enemy vehicles.

Drug Lords are fine if the equipment is similar. As in that would still fit into modern missions and not feel out of place if mixed with the vanilla Syndikat ones.
Is it possible to add some motorised groups for Syndikat and maybe some static weapons? Currently they only have 3 different infantry groups, apart from the paramilitary, and that's not much to go with.

I would like to keep Panthera Winter, more winter maps.
Podagorsk doesn't look interesting to me at all.
N'Ziwasogo is interesting, but Tanoa just seems better for everything.
