rework reporter thing

Description

  • make user list server side or atleast add gaelan to current version
  • add a keybind for going into splendid cam
  • add functionality + keybind for hiding hud
  • check if we can hide notifications with that, and when in splendid camera
  • restrict teleport when in vehicles to prevent accidental explosions??

figure out if sthud can be hidden

Dapper Bear: Shacktack remains active
[14:58] Dapper Bear: As does the command groups thing if you're a squad leader
[14:58] Dapper Bear: Where it lists everyone in your squad at the bottom left of the screen
[14:59] Dapper Bear: But the reload and stamina stuff dissappears
[15:00] Dapper Bear: If you're a member of the group that doesn't pop up but shack tac is still there
[15:00] Dapper Bear: As is all the ace stuff if I try and use that
15:01] Dapper Bear: Actually scratch that
[15:01] Dapper Bear: The stamina bar is still there

To remove entire (static) HUD:
